How do I place my order?
To place an order:

Finish adding items to your cart.

You can choose to check out via our website or via PayPal.

If you wish to continue via our website, please click the green “Check out” button on the right side of the screen.

If you wish to continue via PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

You will be transferred to our Customer Information page where you will be asked to enter:

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the “Apply” button so that your discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking “Continue to shipping method.” Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address (if it is different from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click “Continue to payment method.”
You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same.
Once the form is completed, click the “Complete order” button. You will be taken to a screen that provides an order summary and on-screen confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via email.

What if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@seraws.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide proof (image file size must be under 1MB).
We will be more than happy to resend the correct item at no additional cost, and we will not require the return of the incorrectly sent item—you may keep it as a gift from us!
How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
I want to change my ordered items. What should I do?
Order modifications are allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@seraws.comto request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?

Click the cart icon at the top of the website page. You can modify quantities or remove items by updating the quantity or clicking the “Remove” link.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the “Cart” icon in the top right corner. Locate the item you wish to remove and click the “Remove” link below it. The page will automatically refresh to reflect the change.
How can I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
Click the “Cart” icon, then adjust the number in the “Quantity” field. The total amount will update automatically.

Order cancellation is allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact service@seraws.comfor requests.
